Person-centred Counsellor

in Oulton Broad

Life can be challenging! At times we may feel overwhelming anxiety, depression, a lack of confidence or low self-esteem. To recognise that you are struggling or stuck and finding the courage to seek help is a huge step.

I have completed a BA Hons in Person-centred counselling and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling professions, (BACP). I work with individuals in my private practice in Oulton Broad. My approach focuses on the therapeutic relationship, recognising that each client is unique in their experiencing.

My Experience

I have many hours experience volunteering for a charity, offering long term counselling to survivors of sexual abuse and domestic abuse.

I also have experience working for North Norfolk Primary Care, providing counselling for patients with various issues.
