Citrine Mindfulness and Meditation

I offer a safe, nurturing space where you can talk openly and have time to yourself. I am a good listener, compassionate in my approach.

 

The benefits of coaching are:-

I offer a free initial telephone consultation. During this call we will explore what has brought you to seek coaching, and we will discuss how I can best meet your needs.

We will then arrange a time and date to meet in person.

My approach is person-centred therefore I will tailor our sessions to your needs. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly at a time that suits us both.
I charge £50 per hourly session.

It is your decision as to how many sessions you would like. I recommend 3 sessions initially.

My aim is to support you to be your most authentic self, support you to heal and rebuild yourself in a holistic way, enhancing your well-being.
